I spray a little heavier spray of Seven Potions' incredible salt water texturizing spray and then apply this pomade. I have personally been using this one a bit more than the clay because, if I use the salt water spray first, and then run a nice wide hair comb through, it looks great and stays like that all day. In the past, I ended up with gunky hair and unhealthy hair.
You see - I've never really been into grooming or using products. My hair is thin at the front and would get pretty damaged by products. Plus, I didn't like the smell or the time it took, so I just went with the mad scientist look LOL
