How does one make their small family business visible online? Time... lots of time and lots of back links!

I just found this new listing service and it seems quite complete, so this blog entry is me doing my due diligence and adding the required backlink to them, so they will backlink to us.

*shrugs semi-confusedly*

I mean... it can't hurt, right!? LOL
